
The UA-HOME-V4 project analyses the impact of the war in Ukraine on housing markets in the V4 countries. It focuses on changes in housing and rental market in Poland, Slovakia and Hungary, taking into account the impact of the influx of refugees and the economic and social consequences of the conflict. The study aims to assess the challenges and adaptation strategies of the market.
The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
